AS A NEW DISTRIBUTOR OF FOREVER LIVING PRODUCTS ASIA LIMITED (“The Company”),
I/WE UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:
作為永恆生活產品亞洲有限公司 (公司) 的新經銷商，我／我們明白並同意下列各點：
1. I am acting in my own behalf as an individual and that I am 18 years of age or
older.
2. I have attended the Company OPP.
3. I am a wholly independent marketing contractor and not an agent, employee or
legal representative of the Company. As such I will be responsible for my own business.
4. I am totally responsible for all local taxes and/or licenses and compliance with
all local laws, rules and regulations.
5. There is no required minimum investment or minimum inventory requirement. Any
purchases shall be in reasonable quantities.
6. I must abide by all the rules and regulations outlined in this Agreement and
the marketing plan and any subsequent changes announced by the Company that will
protect the mutual interest of me and the Company.
7. All purchases are made by certified checks, credit cards (Visa or M/C), cash
or E.P.S.
8. All forms of advertising and printed material must be submitted and approved
by the Company prior to use.
9. I MAY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME EFFECTIVE UPON MAILING WRITTEN NOTICE
TO FLP. If I should elect to cancel, all products which I purchased from FLP and
which are in my possession in a resalable condition, shall be repurchased in accordance
with FLP’s company policies and procedures.
10. I may be terminated by the Company for failure to comply with this Agreement,
the marketing plan, the rules, regulations and the code of ethics or subsequent
policies of the Company.
11. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong and I consent to the
non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

1. 本人已年滿十八歲，謹代表自己作為一獨立個體參予這事業。
2. 本人已出席公司的創業說明會議。
3. 本人是完全獨立的經銷商，並非公司的代理商、僱員或法律代表。本人將負責自己本身的業務。
4. 本人將負責所有本地稅項及所需牌照，並遵守所有本地法律、規則及法令。
5. 本協議並無規定任何最低投資額或最低存貨要求。每次購貨必須為合理數量。
6. 本人必須遵守本協議所列的一切規則及市場計劃，與及公司宣佈的保護本人和公司共同利益的任何隨後變更。
7. 購買產品須以保付支票、信用咭 (Visa 或M/C)、現金或易辦事付款。
8. 任何類型之廣告或宣傳單章必須經本公司核淮方可使用。
9. 任何時候本人可以郵遞書面通知公司以取消本協議。本人可於協議終止後，將所有屬於本人的而仍可銷售的公司產品依據公司營運方針退回公司。
10. 本人可因未能遵守本協議、公司的市場計劃、各項守則、規條及戒律而被公司取消本人之經銷戶籍。
11. 本協議應受香港法例的管轄，本人同意香港法院的非獨有裁判權。
